COMBAT HAPKIDO:

Created by Grandmaster John Pellegrini know as the "Science of Self Defense." Combat Hapkido offers the student the most realistic self-defense training available. Combat Hapkido combines stikes, kicks, combat throws, joint locking, ground grappling, weapons training and defense. This system of martial arts is taught in over 275 schools worldwide, along with the U.S. special forces units and local, state and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the nation. 

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU:

This martial art first made famous by Royce Gracie in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) The Jiu Jitsu practitioner's objective is to take their opponent to the ground and to use a variety of submissions to finish a fight. The art which is world wide know with Gi and no Gi competitions, is also a crucial component for those who desire to be worthy competitors in the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitions.  It has proven it self to be one of the most effective fighting systems today. 

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU FOR KIDS:

One of the fastest growing martial arts in the world in now available in an age appropriate version for kids ages 5-15. This program will teach the student all of the same, take downs, submissions and positions on the ground as the adult version, while teaching discipline, respect, focus and increased cognitive abilities.

One of the fastest growing competitive sports in the world trade marked by venue names at UFC, Bellatore, King of the Cage.  combines techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, western boxing, Judo, wrestling, and Muay Thai. Come experience the workout of the fighters and learn valuable self defense skills at the same time while getting in to the best shape of your life. In addition those who wish to step in the the cage of competition we will help you achieve your goal and be there to motivate you along the way. 

TANG SOO DO (KARATE): 

A traditional Korean martial art system Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan which means "The way of the (Chinese) open hand" relies on striking and kicking as its primary means of self-defense. Self discipline, focus along with the technical aspects of sparring, and forms is the method we promote.  For ages 4 years old and up.

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic rythms and easy to follow moves to creat a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. OUr goal is simple: we want you to work, to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.
